So is there any tutorial how to use pvs in PAS?

using it in PAS

Step 1: ESC
Step 2: Editing GUI
Step 3: PVS tab
Step 4: Calculate PVS Data

alternatively you can just type /genpvs
as has been stated here earlier, this'll take a while for large maps
