Platinum Arts Sandbox - Free 3D Game Maker Forum

Last time I had sand box installed it was just fine with no problems. Well I became in active with it and un installed it. When I reinstalled it yesterday I couldnt get it to load. It'll give the loading bar then an instat after its finished it will exit itself and thats that. No pop up or error code nothing. I run it manually from the folder already, gave it administrator rights, and i use the main download since the latest wont work.

Any help? Thanks a ton! I love this to much to toss it aside like all the other impossible to use creators.

Which one are you downloading orge? or normal version
Are you using the right download Make sure your not using mac for pc?

i'm useing the main releash for windows I have a vista 07' 32/64 bit. Like i said before it worked fine before so i dont know whats up.

Ugg, maybe it's vista? On my family desktop, I got the same problem a few times, just keep trying, that SHOULD work, or microsoft should give everyone with vista their money back and windows 7/xp

so just keep trying to load different maps?

Yeah, or restart and try again, that also worked for me

You can also trying 2 download the SVN version: http://sandboxgamemaker.com/wiki/index. ... evelopment (everybody may use it, but actually it's the developers version), download Tortoise and it should work.
Also try turning the shaders off.

oh yeah, that might help, if you get windows 7, SB will only work with the shaders off, in svn, or both!

i'm not changing from a vista anytime soon. anyway its still messed up. I'm gonna try installing some other one (and will report) is currently useing main releash, newest one wont work so maybe the one in between those 2... :/
