HELP!!! ive lost my models folder and i dont really want to reinstall!!!!! Please can someone give me they're copy so i can paste it back in!!!!!!!!!

The easiest way is to get it from the SVN. This is also known as the Developer version. See http://sandboxgamemaker.com/wiki/index. ... evelopment for how to obtain it (it's not really hard), and keep it in a separate area. You can then copy and paste the models folder from there. The SVN also allows you to keep abreast of new updates faster than waiting for a release, though it does mean having to learn how to compile. This, too, is not really difficult. More assistance can be obtained from various people on IRC at server: irc.oftc.net ; channel: #sandbox

Its not installing. Its downloading..
And if you re download it you will not lose the maps you made. Just transfer the old my_stuff folder to the new folder
