ok here it goes. I was just admiring how good sandbox was but i am wondering do you need sandbox to play games made from it?

It depends. To play full games, no. The game should have a start program

All you have to do is put the maps and stuff in the packages folder then load up the first map make sure you have all the files in the right folder also you need to scripted everything in pretty easy.

still confused does that mean i can change the controls of the game?
or add weapons
plus im only new into the world of programming

You can to both

1) I wouldn't recommend changing the controls because most pc games use these controls and that would be weird to have random controls, no offense
2) I've been told it takes an hour + to code one weapon, and you have to know either C or C++

In either case, GOOD LUCK

A good example is Master Chef Ogro, that was made with Sandbox, but I don't think you needed Sandbox to play it.

ok so does that mean that i need to code the full game myself ?
is there a step by step guide to do that?
and how do you get cyclinders into the game and also pointy roofs?
