but when I give sandbox_unix, I create a game
to save to / savemap x / x is that x folder appears but no files appear ...
nor OGZ nor cfg ... until that one moderator is present and take a hand me please ...

Took me a while to understand that one. But I suppose you meant to say that your map saves to /savemap/"mapnname"...
When you save a map, it automatically saves itself in mystuff/packages/base/"modefolder"/"mapname", In your case, you saved it to mystuff/packages/"savemap"/"mapname"
Unless you ment you used the /savemap "mapname" command in the console, in which case your map would save to mystuff/packages/base/"mode"/"mapname"... There should be a CFG and an OGZ there.
If I understood you incorrectly, try using a better translator >.<

the problem is that I find OGZ or cfg files in the folder / base

also the folder that was created, for example
/ Savemap x / x,
appears in packages / base / x
does not appear in mystuff
and also does not contain any file ...
