you download PAS right? if not, you need to do that. when you have downloaded the file, unzip to your desktop. (Or somewhere else if you prefer. just remember where it is.) You can unzip it by right-clicking on it and selecting unzip.

open up the folder that you extracted it to. there are all the launchers.
then to run it, simply double click "CLICK_ME_TO_START.bat". it should run.
