Need help sandbox keeps freezing. Any help would be GREAT!

Sandbox keeps freezing after it loads up. I can get to the map and see all the terrain but when i go to move everything freezes and the program becomes non-responsive. my computer specs are as follows

Windows XP
Service Pack 2
Intel(R) Celeron(R) 3.06GHz Processor
1.99GB of RAM

Im not sure what kind of Graphics card i have its Integrated so what ever came with the comp :(
If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it.
