I'm actually having a few problems

I'm using Windows XP on a library pc, the software used to work just fine for about a week, and now I can't get anything but a black starry sky or nothing at all in the skybox. Half the textures won't show up, and there are some other problems I'll list, but later, I have limited time on this pc. I've even redownloaded and reinstalled the software, but the problems are always the same.
