Teleporting From Map To Map

Okay so I am using 2.6.1 FPS version of PAS and in one of my maps i would like to be able to put a teleport in it and have it teleport to a different map, I also know that you need to do a little coding so i need the code and where to put it, please help!

P.S. I am running it on windows xp in case it matters.

And it doesn't matter that you run on xp, it would only matter if you're using linux of mac, cuz than you need another installation.
If you still have problems, ask in the IRC, or pm Arcones, Pizzalover101, Leo_V117 or Hirato, cuz I think they all know how to do it, but first look at that link
