Not Launching OSX 2.6 HELP PLZ!!!!!!

When I try to "play" the sandbox on my mac after I click on Click Me To Open.bat, it says try moving the folder contain sandbox somewhere else so there are not wierd paths or characters in your game. What does that mean and how do I fix it because it won't let me play. It also says invalid installation the folder must be alongside the launcher... or something like that. Please help! Thanks!
