Platinum Arts Sandbox - Free 3D Game Maker Forum

hey i just downloaded this program last night. installed it this morning i clicked on the CLICK_ME_TO_START.bat file. it worked but it is very very blurry kind of like an extremely low resolution. i have a g560 lenovo laptop i5 proccesor 4gb ram cant remember what the gpu is but i can play fallout 3, mass effect on low. if that helps. i would like to add a picture of my problem. how do i do that. Any help at all is appreciated

Use imageshack http://imageshack.us/ Upload your picture, wait a bit and close any popups that appear. On the left hand side there will be a field called link - click the code next to that, and copy it. Paste that code into a message here and type [img]and[/img] before and after it, like this

[img]mypicturehere.jpg[/img]

That is horrific, can you give us what stdout.txt and stderror.txt contains? (they're right next to the binaries)

i can play fallout 3, mass effect on low.

They're not really in the same ballpark as sandbox, You'll want to look at things like nexuiz, xonotic, sauerbraten, red eclipse; Things that use OpenGL.

um i did a search in the platinum arts file and i couldnt find anything called stderror.txt.

o about the openGL thing i have used opengl games like some old star wars game and a few other really old games.

just so you know i really really want this to work cos i wanna get a career in games and i think this should help me a bit.
i could use a desktop but its really slow and will probly die trying to play this.
should i try use the .bat file in a compatability mode cos im pretty sure i had to with the openGL games.
