Mac OSX Problem.

I currently am running Version 10.6.7 of mac OSX. I have tried all of the Mac compatible Sanbox's version 2.6.1 but none worked. Whenever i tried opening it i would get an error "sanbox Unexpectedly quit" and i dont know what to do. I REALLY need help because i have had this game before and i LOVED it. All help is appreciated. Thanks.

First of all do you have a intel mac or a PPC.
Second of all look into the logs in bin soothing called SLD in a text file tell me what it says.
I do not have a mac so i do not know too much.

Ok, I have an Intel. I do not see a file named that. Mabey there is a file for mac that is the same. Please help.

You need to download the intel version on the website and the mutiplatform version
http://www.sandboxgamemaker.com/download-sandbox.html
Basically when you download the Mutiplatform version install it or unzip etc... then download the mac intel binaries and put the mac binaries in the bin folder.
Not sure if this will work because i have never used sandbox with mac but it is worth a try also please DO NOT double post the same thing.

OK. I need a step by step tutorial. I am an imbesil when it comes to this stuff. I am sorry guys, But if anyone knows a step by step tutorial of some sort then i plead that you please post it. Thank you guys for all your help.

Well i can not exactly give you a step to step guide because i do not have a mac but maybe if you join the sandbox IRC there maybe a mac user on which maybe able to help.
