If I am to download basic preset nude Models from those websites from your resource thread, do I have to obtain permission from them?

We shouldn't have to have their permission. All we're doing is taking the basic images and edit them to our own specifications. They wouldn't be recognizable.

If the artists created them to be unique then they would be able to take legal actions the other artists for editing them.

Is any of those models have any Copyright Protection over them? Is there any that don't? I am really wanting to go commercial and make money for my wife and son.

Several things. First of all, even if you're using a base model, it's still another persons work. It will always be theirs, you're just modifying it (example would be the PAS engine, which is based off of Cube 2). Usually the website says whether or not the props you're getting are commercial or non. So I'd browse the websites to make sure of the license before moving on. I wouldn't know which models you're talking about so that's all the info I can give you, but most will say explicitly whether they are for free or commercial use.

If you're buying them usually that means the owner is giving permission for you to use the models in whatever way you see fit. Then it would still be nice to say where you got the model, but that's about it. Now I MUST stress something of importance. If the model is free and you don't know whether or not it's commercial or non you must contact them to make sure you're using the model according to the license. Otherwise it's copyright infringement and things can get hairy.

Take a look at this article: Copyright and licensing info
I can't stress how important it is to check your resources to make sure their licensing is what you need. I hope that answers some questions.
