How can i make a tv with a playing video for my game?

animated textures. That's all I have.

look in your sandbox folder, in packages, there should be a folder named "textureanimation" or something like that, there are a couple photos that say how to animate your textures, follow those guidelines, im not sure how to adjust it to loop or not-loop.
