Can't download Sandbox from the website! (link please?)

I recently changed computers and hadn't downloaded Sandbox yet, so I set out a few minutes ago to do that. I got to the downloads page and clicked the "Windows Version 421mb" link on it. It sent me to http://www.platinumarts.net/ccount/click.php?id=60 which just says "This ID doesn't exist" on it and doesn't prompt any downloads.
On a whim (/desperation?
) I checked a bunch of the other links available for Windows and got nearly the same result (the id in the URL is different).
I'm guessing this is a website problem, not a software problem, but I thought you might like to know so you can fix it.
Also if someone could refer me to the download itself that would be much appreciated!
