im having problems downloading. it downloads but then nothing happens. if you could help me then i would greatly appreciate it

what browser and OS are you using?

Actually, I am having the same problem & Would greatly appreciate any help.
I tried downloading the Sandbox twice & Could not get into the game maker, Nor get it to much-less work.
I am running on Windows 7 ultimate, Alienware & Using the Comodo Dragon Browser, In which has no problem downloading the file.
However, The file does not work or open, Nor run correctly like the previous.
The only thing i can get into is the game portion of it, Which allows you to play the orge game.
I also tried downloading the Waterwars Edition, Which simply does not work either.

From what i can tell.. When im on the site, It has no Windows installer?
Suppose it being a newer update, Maybe someone could help me out.

I have a problem downloading the file, I had the older version 2.3, but I want a current version of the game maker. If possible the RPG version, but I just can't download it. I even stopped my firewall and the safety of my browser, but it still don't want to be downloaded^^

I have Windows 7 and use the normal Internet Explorer 9.

This computer is not the problem^^

I just goggled "NSIS Error" and tried to fix it, but even without Anti-Virus-Programm it doesn't run.

Okay, I would advise downloading the zip archive (if there is one).

If it's an "NSIS Error" I would advise downloading the latest "NSIS" package and installing that. To download the game, I would suggest Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari or Google Chrome.
