Compile error

I am getting a an error that reads Compile Error Error Line 86 device compile failed
This is causing the program not to open at all. Is it a simple matter of reinstalling the program or is there something else I need to do?
I also get a message that says:
Warning No shade support.
This causes my computer to freeze.
Any suggestions?
