In editing gui there is a cfg editor that does work in game. My main first step is to get it on github with all the version information. Then Hirato and whoever else can update it with the 2.8.x+ updates and still retain the old menus. When I do have that setup I would be happy to have you be one of the contributors of the project. I will be mainly focusing on the "commercial" version so it would be great to have someone help evolve the free version and I do want to put resources towards its development into the future since it is mostly what schools will be using including my own.
