Platinum Arts Sandbox - Free 3D Game Maker Forum

Well I Just Downloaded Sandbox And Everytime I Try To Start It, It Goes To The Loading Screen But Soon After Just Simply Stops Working. No Error Message, Nothing. It Just Simply Goes Away To My Desktop With The Launcher Still Up. My Video Drivers Are All Updated, I Have Windows Vista, I Tried CompatibilIty Settings Such As Run As Windows XP, Run As Administrator But Nothing Seems To Work. Any Help Would Be Amazing.

Do you happen to have an ATI card?

I found that it wont run unless you disable the Catalyst A.I. After i did that it loaded right up! Hope this helps anyone that has problems running sandbox.

Sorry to bring this up but I am having this same exact issue now. I am running Windows Vista. First time I ran Sandbox was on Windows XP. I have no video card just an integrated graphics chipset, Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family.

Ermm go into bin is sandbox_fps make sure it is there will all the .dll also make sure you have sandbox 2.6.1

Is all there. This is a fresh install on a laptop running Windows Vista that has plenty of RAM and is using an Intel chipset that has already been mentioned. The symptoms are the one that the original poster posted.

try turning shaders off

Try using the launcher if you haven't already.
