Hello, does anyone know how to make objects rotate in sandbox????

I'm not quite sure, but you can rotate it in edit mode by scrolling and holding R(I think), or make it a teleport to nowhere

Yep, hold R and scroll the mousewheel though that only works to change it on the X axis. For more complex model rotation and tweaking check this thread out:

How do you rotate a mapmodel on the Y axis?

Add this to your model's cfg file "mdlspin 60". This makes it spin by it self, increase the number to make it go faster i don't know if this is what you wanted but it's still cool.
