I just found out how to do this and I thought I might as well share it with you guys so I updated it on the wiki. You can find it here. I hope you guys like it. :D

EDIT: You can also boot up your launcher and type "-d -c4 %1 %2 %3 %4 %5" in the advanced options spot. This has the same effect as using terminal except that with terminal you can see who is connected to your server all the time instead of the launcher which shows nothing of the sort. I'll let you choose what you like best.

ALSO: You MUST be sure to not make more then one server at a time. You also MUST delete what it says in the advanced options part and launch another sandbox as the first sandbox will not work right. DO NOT force quit or quit the sandbox.app if you want your server to stay up!
Popinman32 is not responsible for your server content. :P

No I used 2.3 for this. :?
This should work with all versions of sandbox untill they make the change in the way you start a server on windows.
