Joypad control?

I can't figure out if sandbox has support for analogue gamepad or joystick control. It seems to make sense to make it accessible to kids who are used to playing games on their xboxes. Can anyone help?

there was joystick support in a earlier version of moviecube. based on a sauerbraten joypad support patch. please put it in the feature requests. thanks.

how? feature requests is only available in the old forum, in which trying to register gives you error 403: forbidden! so unless you already have an account with the old forum, its impossible...
