Hey, i'm cross. I was looking for a manageable 3d first person game engine and decided to give sandbox a shot.
I've had it fro about four hours now and i'm gonna need alot of help figuring it out. . .
Sooo. . . hi. . . also, how do i make walls and floating partacles?

Quick note: These are for 2.5, which I have now, but 2.6 is out and is very different.
To make walls, just select your area (usually a 1x#) and use the scroll wheel to raise it. If you don't have a scroll wheel, use the PG UP PG DN as universal delta option in the options page in the main menu of Sandbox.
To add a particle (e.g. smoke, fire, water, snow, lightning), open Sandbox, hit E (for edit mode, exception RPG where it's F1), then open the main menu with ESC(ape) and choose new particle on the left side.
