You actually should give more information about the project (story,gameplay,setting...), and examples what they will do exactly (e.g. characters,quests...).

In general, I wouldn't going around asking for help from people online. If you have (real-world) friends who are willing to help, then have them help you. Most people here have their own projects and worries to work on.
