Hello and Quick Question

Hi, my name is Steve and I teach computer technology at a local Jr. High School. Sandbox looks to me that it might be right for my class, especially in the RPG mode answering math and science questions in order for the player to advance.

Quick Question: When I first started ver. 2.4 a tutorial began. How can I get that to start again without reloading the program?

Thanks

It's awesome seeing more and more teachers looking at sandbox as a learning tool for students.
I know when I was in middle school I would have loved to use Sandbox in a tech. class.
Although making model rockets and playing with legos was pretty fun as well.

I'm not sure I understand your question correctly but I'll try and answer anyway.
If you delete the config_fps.cfg in the top level directory and reload sandbox, It will be as if you've launched for the first time,
presenting you with the intro tutorial windows and such.

Take care.

Thank you daniel_san.

I would like to obtain or a create a worksheet my students could use to make a simple rpg game using step-by-step written instructions. Is there something already out there like this?

Thanks Again

Cool, where are you located? I'd love to hear more about this program and also how the kids take to Sandbox. As far as starting with an RPG, I think the best place to start is our FAQ so you can learn how to add npcs, make them talk, and give them quests. Also you might want to check out the Save The Princess and Village maps. Take care!
