[tool] PAS Obj Importer

Since nearly everyone had problems importing obj models into PAS I created a tool to help with that.

You can download executables for Windows and Linux from the sourceforge project page: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pasobj/files/
You can find a documentation there, too.

Updated!

changes included in 0.2:
- added bumpmap support
- fixed issue when loading obj under Windows (I forgot that for Linux for the paths / is used and for Windows \)
