Two handy programs that may help

intall creator - creats a self extracting exe, pretty handy for sharing your games
patch creator - self explanitory

I had install creator but not patch creator thank you very much!

Might also want to take a look at NSIS, the Nullsoft Scriptable Install System. It's quite a bit more advanced, yes, but it is a very powerful system, and it's even used by many other major open source softwares, such as Mozilla Firefox, Thunderbird, and many more.
