Re: CFG Easy Text Editor (for maps)
Copying my maps cfg is no problem, trying to paste it in the program is.

I dont know how you do that. I advise editing the cfg in wordpad.

Re: CFG Easy Text Editor (for maps)
not really... some are more powerful than others while Wordpad was specifically made for easy website creation... and notepad++ (the one Mike uses) is really based off of C++... so there is a diff... just sayin'

Re: CFG Easy Text Editor (for maps)
Wordpad formats text and may end up causing bugs when editing cfgs. Wordpad also crashes when opening files that are too big. (Another pointless creation by Microsoft)Leo_V117 wrote:Word pad, notepad, same thing
Notepad reads anything and leaves the text as simple text.
Notepad++ is AWESOME.
Anyway lets try and dedicate the posts to the editor itself?

Re: CFG Easy Text Editor (for maps)
I believe it would be helpful to have save feature, that keeps the scripts you want so that you can always come back to it and use it for other games and edit whenever...
That alone would be a big help...
