Simple to use modelling software.

Heres a very useful piece of software thats Free and easy to use. It allows the user to make any type of model, export it to blender and edit parts of it, then export it to sandbox.

Google Sketchup.

Theres a few tutorials on youtube so, give it a try.

I've tried that software before, its easy to use to bad it doesn't have obj export though.

Sketchup 7 is free.

the pro version is what used to export out to obj and 3ds.

Yeah. But, If you export it to KDZ, then change the extension to zip, extract it, Inport it into blender, Scale it. Then export it to MD3/OBJ. Jobs a good one.
