i have the same problem, when i import the models it says no texture on them but i have a texture set up in the folder :/

so i ve do everything in your description (ive copy the .cfg from other folder and delete the content ) now i have 2 questions

1. what must i write as new content ?

2. i can't see the model and can't pick up them so please help me

I had the same problem and this code in the cfg fixed it for me

ex:
objload medicalCabinet.obj
objskin * cabinet.jpg
objbumpmap * cabinetbump.png
