Readme (EXE):

 Make sure you install to your PLATINUM ARTS SANDBOX INSTALL DIRECTORY. If you didn't install it, then ask the installer, or a parent where it may be. 

Contents:
The desolate isle of desolace. A dark isle of necromancy. The island consists of; 2 houses, a windmill, a chapel, a necromancy tower, a beach hut, and a small underground crypt. 
2 music tracks by Cork279 included. 

Compatibility:
Made in Platinum Arts Sandbox 2.7, therefore it will work in 2.7. Compatibility with other versions is unknown.

Made for the PAS Halloween Mapping Competition 2011.
Made By cork279.

Credits:
Turbosquid.com (Some models)
The licensing on them is a Royalty Free Standard License.
Updates:
Music now in .ogg format.
Revised lighting v5.
Revised particle effects.
All buildings (except windmill) are now mapped. Extended Necromancers Tower.
Interiors for all buildings.
Fixed bugs - E.g. lots of floating trees.
Added fort. Replaced map image.

I am downloading now, I will edit post as finish it.

Ok so i have went though your map.

I'm giving it a 2/5

Pros:
Good packaging.
Picture of map.
Excellent lighting.
Nice work of particles.
Nice work of height map.
Good atmosphere, good music

Cons:
Not very detailed installation instruction.
Empty Building at spawn.
When u fall down the water, how do you get back up?
A lot of empty space on the island.
There wasn't that much geometry on the map. But a lot of models, This is a mapping contest.

I'm not voting till I see all the maps people have entered.
So you might win.

I acidently went more for atmosphere than mapping :P
Doesn't mapping include particles & lighting & atmosphere?

I'm updating it today with much more mapping :P
Spending all today on it (Literally about 7+ hours)

Packaging: This was pretty bad
Firstly, you included a my_stuff directory, this only exists on Windows
Secondly the mp3 extension of the music was uppercase, this means sandbox will not detect and play it automatically
thirdly, the music is mp3 which isn't very well supported via SDL, please use ogg vorbis in the future :P

The map
The atmosphere is pretty good
The particle spam is crazy, 3 seconds are more than enough for the instances you use snow
The lighting requires work - the ambience seems unnatural and clouds that thick would not be this bright at night. Try making the clouds a dull gray and have the moon cast a weak but pale white light via /sunlight.
You have also built placed structures in the world that are models which were not sculpted from geometry, You will need to rectify this.
I also noticed you manually made holes in the path, you should be making these holes via geometry or blendmaps, the latter is preferred

Also try fodgome and fading the clouds a bit.

One thing though, the music plays fine with MP3 in uppercase for me.

UPDATED!

Executable installer.
Music now in .ogg format.
Revised lighting (though it seems blocky, and I can't fix it, I dunno how... )
Much more mapping. Added two houses (one replaces a mapmodel). Extended the Tower of Necromancy a lot.
Interiors for all buildings.

Replaced chapel mapmodel, with a mapped chapel.
Revised particle effects.

If too dark, turn up gamma/brightness. My computer screen seems to be brighter than others, so it may be darker than I think it is :P

Note: To get into the tower, walk up to the door, there's a teleporter.
There is no way out of the crypt... Use edit-mode.
