looking for player model ideas for GTA like game

I'm creating a RPG game sort of like grand theft auto (without the weapons) and in the game i want to have sets of city's you can visit via a plane or a train i haven't decided yet and in each world i want to have clothing store's the player can visit and pay money to buy new outfits ,but i'm terrible with model programs any help i can get with this would be appreciated. If you were to make a model for my game i would like for the skin file on the body to change but not the players face skin then i will just tell the game to change the player model to that skin. in going to use the human looking model in sandbox for my main start character
