Okay, so i've basically been looking through the folders of the Tesseract engine (The lighting is amazing and does amazing things to the look of sauerbraten) and i came across a string of text in one of the files that said something along the lines of "Iryoku SMAA v2.80"; So being intrigued, I googled it and came across this: http://www.iryoku.com/smaa
This is a form of Anti-Aliasing that you can integrate into your custom game engine to make the image look a *heck* of alot better.
It's used in Cryengine, Frostbite and the Unreal Engine, to name a few.
I just thought i'd bring it to your attention because i feel it may come of some use.
Feel free to leave comments below on what you think about it.
