the recorder dumps the frames with audio
so it's completely uncompressed

if you tried you can probably achieve a 1:20 compression ratio without any noticable loss in quality

the "low quality" is probably the recording size, which you can set with /movieh and /moview, they default to 320x240
This is not a url, clicking it is pointless

ok... I tryed again and theres no blue screen this time... But as I have an old computer so it doesnt let me use 600x800 recording so I still gotta use 240x320...
But how you compress the video?

I personally use "Any Video Converter" but Hirato has an open source program he likes though I'm blanking on the name of it currently. Take care!

Windows media encoder 9 works good.

In fact there are a whole slew of video editing programs out there.
Google video compression codecs to get an understanding how each one works (their strengths and weak areas) on compressing your video. That will help you understand what video compression is all about.
There is always the tradeoff between file size and video quality plus you have to rememeber to choose a codec that would already be installed on most people's computers...
