Okay, well I'm pretty sure it would work. When I checked with the Sandbox Launcher and clicked on "Client" it already had your I.P. in it. It prolly found your server and gave me the I.P.

Hm... Im gonna try and connect later on... Be expecting me... I'll set your IP as a Server in the coding if it works out and you keep it on 24/7...

Is this server always up? It can be what I use for my testings of the masterserver since I've been working on getting that up ;D Take care!

No sadly it is not always up because it the min the server needs an admin at all times but i off all week and yu can do your testing then if you wish or when i can set it up anyway i got it up now so anyone who wants it can go on it

That IP address you gave is a private IP address right? That means we should only be able to use that IP if we're on your network...maybe I'm seeing this the wrong way but how can someone on the internet connect using a 192 IP address?
