It may need some polishing and changing of terms to match those of the Terms of Use (which are rather hard to find if you're logged in by the way). ;)

Ahh, yeah. The T&C are hard to find when logged in -- normally you have to logout to view them. I'm actually considering something for a way to change the T&C easily, but most likely this will wait until after the release of phpBB 3.0.6 as it would only complicate the update further.

Also would be less people then on the site most kids ask there parents to do something on a site so about half would not be using sandbox that much

Yeah over the past months I'd say Sandbox has gotten a little bit more for adults.
