This may not be much better but anyone who is better than me at graphics can edit and make this perfect! I attached my version! My version was only to make the first step in improving the other Logo. Even though it is horrible I fixed a lot of things!

it looks a bit blurry, but it is better. I can't be a critic.
Also, a little tip for photoshop users, if you get an image that's a bit choppy, you can liquify, but keep it in place to blur it very little to make it less choppy.

I believe the font is Procyon from http://www.DaFont.com. If you can't find it, here's mine.
