White Water

I am brand new to Sandbox and am trying to learn how to use the software to teach a class how to use it. I am having a problem with my water material. It shows up as solid white. I tried uninstalling thinking maybe it was a bad file but after reinstalling it is doing the same thing. Lava and glass work fine. Just not water? What can I be doing wrong? I have a screenshot but don't know how to upload pic.

You can upload pictures by uploading attachements (under save, preview and sumbit, right of options), than you can place it inside the text, or just leave it (doesn't matter, you can both see them). I don't know how your water behaves that strange, maybe it's the reflect of the sun? try 2 jump in the water and see if it's the same? (idk).
And maybe you changed water color with scripting (which I don't think so), but anyways, I hope this helped

Please post an image of it (the way I told you should work ;) )

3 Things:
1) Turn off shaders
2) type /watercolour ###(red) ###(green) ###(blue) I believe this is it, haven't used water color in a while....
3) do like rune said and always upload pics or videos

that sounds like a driver bug
if updating the drivers fail, I'm afraid you'll have to put up with this pseudo-milk
(either that or get some better hardware)

got it fixed but still don't know what I did. Click "quick light" under the F3 menu. That seems to have fixed it for now. Thanks for the tips guys.
