@Pizza: yeah, but what if the USB/thumbdrives aren't big enough?

all you need are 1 GB, the program is a little over 500 mb and i think the biggest map would be 50 mb...............

yeah, but what if they have other stuff on there? I mean, I have blender, PAS and some other things, and they take up almost all of a 2 GB USB.

true true, but if you have it all for school?

I only have Sandbox and Photoshop on my USB.

hey guys..thanks for the replies. I got onto some of the classes about messing with other peoples stuff and it seems to have slowed down. I think because they are getting more advanced and are able to edit their map the entire 50 minutes of class they are slowing down on messing with other peoples. I have some that are running it on flash drives but at the same time I work in a very low income area in south texas. I try to do as much as possible so that they don't have to spend much money. That is why I bought a 4TB server for my class.

Thats good, but could you make log-ins for everyone ont eh server so you can have person A only access person A's files or something like that?

I can not. Don't have the administrative rights. If I could do that I could install it on each kids computer to start with.
