You take HUGE jumps in a world with very low gravity- kind of like a planet jumper sort of thing, which is why I wondered about the shape of the maps. I also see what you mean by 10 being the smallest possible.
You can delete enough cubes, so that it looks like a 1x9 map ;)

But then that defeats the purpose. The point is to have a 1x9 so that it's linear instead of world like.

I agree with arcones, that does defeat the purpose .

@chocolatepie33
I will have to take a look at that cube 2 wishlist and see what I can do

I'd love to have an updater for the next release, so rather than having to constantly check for a new one... It'll always update the engine whenever mike releases something new. It could take a while to develop, but it'll be worth it in the end.

Then that makes me question why the SVN is even necessary besides as the developers work (I guess if you want "bleeding-edge" work). But it's virtually the same thing.

Well, in some ways, I get what you're saying. But the SVN is sometimes Unstable as Hirato keeps breaking things. The odd occasion that my graphics and whatnot keep messing up (Very Rare), the SVN is only there to allow Us (The developers) to add new components to make Sandbox better. Obviously the community can access it, but I mean update each STABLE release. Not threads from the SVN.

@hirato:

Okay, I get the map part, I'll shut up about it :)

The aiclip must've been added after 2.6.1, as I have my contacts in and only find alpha material at the bottom.

thanks for the tabbing tip, however my click_me only opens up command prompt instead of executing PAS.

If mike's gonna be mad about the maps, why doesn't he A) tells us his plans for them so we can make them, or B) take them out to save space.

I see about the entities, but would extra entities from each mode make for a bigger ogz file?

Thanks for the rest, I think I'm satisfied. Hurry up and get that release going.

One thing that it really needs is an ice material. Get me that, and I will be happy. :mrgreen:

A ladder material should be most useful for me ;), and I think for many other people, one that makes you go straight up, and no hard to make stuff to go up as straight as possible

It's so nice to see 2.7 version released!!! :!: Thanks a lot for all those great new features! ;) I haven't showed off any work yet, but I'm a devoted PAS fan though :lol:
