sorry for the small question but is there anyway i can find out how you guys made the roofs for the village.... i can never get my land too look so good at an angle help would be much appreciated

You have to play with slanting. Hold q and use the scroll wheel. Move your cursor to different parts of the block to change that side of the block. You can also highlight a row and work on one block, the rest well change also.
