Questions about master server

Well I'm new at PAS and everything related to 3D models, but I've always been interested in these matters. This means that I have lots of thing to learn and practice, I have in mind a long term project of a basic children's game, to enjoy the children of family and friends. And my questions are:
1- If I'm able to finish my game, will I be able to upload it to the master server for free?
2- Once the game is uploaded, will I be able to set a password?, since I wouldn't like that any stranger could login the game and interact with childs.
3- If I've understood well when I've read forums/wiki, now is possible create a multiplayer RPG with PAS, isn't it?
