How do you remove cloudboxes? I chose the moon and now I'm stuck with it xD

I worked at changing some comments in the art_cfg and cfg file for my map that I tested with your problem. I'm not a developer so I do not know all the commands but I couldn't comment it out from loading. I do have a workaround though till you hear from the developers or someone who knows.
I uploaded a clear alpha channel cloudbox for you. This will not show any textues at all, it will be invisible but not affect your skytexture or cloudlayers.

In the folder is the readme on how to get the clear cloudbox to load for your map.

Ah, I didn't mind, did not feel like painting, modeling etc. That was the only statement I didnt try...
I got me some invisible clouds now for my invisible man....
