Hey, we're here to help noobs. 
What you need to do is download the zip he supplied. You should then look at the contents (Specifically at the .cfg file located within it) and maybe browse the map for his triggers. Its really quite simple once you get the hang of it.
Now, if anyone requires my immediate assistance. Come find me at the Delta Studios Forum or even at EndermanStudios. I have a website to rebuild and validate for this week. So, see you guys around.
