Just create a zip file! Right click on your background and click under New/Zip (Compressed) Folder!
Then place the files in there

There's no need for a program. Just right click on the back ground of your desktop. A column should appear with things like, "Arrange Icons by", "Refresh," "Paste," ect. The second to last one should say "New," with an arrow to the right of it. Hover your mouse over that and another column should appear next to the first one. It should have things like, "Folder," "Shortcut," and then some programs. At the bottom of the column should be this, "Compressed (Zipped) Folder."
Try that out
