of course, but this would be easier for replacing anyway, to add your own just name the grass I made and use autograss in the yourmap-art.cfg

I decided to tweak the alpha channel to more match the grass' colours, there seems to be a bug in the engine where the colours average out in adjacent pixels, causing all sorts of odd discolourations, mainly to what the alpha channel's is

so I present to you, a near identical images with the above issue fixed
grass with a dark to light green gradient (chaze described this as the summer meadow effect)
grass with a dark to light green gradient (chaze described this as the summer meadow effect)
with a dark to light gradient in the transparent regions
grass with a constant colour for transparent regions
grass with a constant colour for transparent regions
with a constant colour in the transparent regions

PS. if the screenshot adds a horizontal scroll bar, you should consider getting a new monitor :P

eihrul tells me this "blending" thing is due to mipmapping incorrectly sampling and multiplying the values, and he might do something called "pre multiplied alpha" which he claims would fix the issue.

so consider my versions only a temporary workaround
