Hi Adammym. The textures you posted probably have a copyright if you found them on the internet... you may not allowed to use them!
Often its more usefull to have seamless textures. They are not seamless.

It's not an issue of if they probably have a copyright or not -- under most laws such creations are automatically copyrighted.

The real issue is that of the license. ;)
