How can i add objects like chairs etc. to my game?

In edit mode (press "e"), press "Esc", and then click "New Mapmodel".

Yeah, but there is in the map called house a bench, i tried all the Mapmodels, but there is no bench?

The benches in the "House" map are not models, they are made with cubes, and then textured.

Hmm.... Ok... But i also see very little things like cranes, how are they made?

Same, the map houses, at the bathroom.

I assume you are talking about what is supposed to be the faucet in the bathtub? Those are made with cubes as well.

Everything in the bathroom are either cubes or particle effects.

Cubes? How the heck can that be made with cubes? It doesn't even have the form of a cube. Or is there a way to do this?

If you select a cube and press "q", you can slant it. This can be done very intricately to give curves and such.
