How do I add a custom HUD? (READ DESC!)

Okay, I want to add, not magic/gun, but hands, how do I do this?
Melee Hands, specifically this(I gained permission from creator!):

Patience you must have.

I'd send them to Hirato and see if he could use them for RPG. Get it sorted for all of us. Could you ask the creator for permission to use them in Sandbox?

Maybe you could somehow let others view the image, as non-DA members can't see the image, and must sign up.

yes, so you would likely have to post a link to an external image site, along with warnings that the image is not child friendly. Besides, what's in it? Mostly blood and gore?
