Is it possible in game, to have a timer to respond a enemy after they are killed?

the word is "respawn" and yes.
It's not quire that easy though, you'll have to set up a "spawn" entity with a tag and setup a timer on each creature when killed, to eventually destroy the body and spawn new ones at the "spawn" entity.
